Privacy Policy

• Account information — the email address, display name, and password you use to sign in, or the basic profile details shared by Google if you sign in with Google.
• Creator information — the listings, files, previews, and profile details you publish, plus the payout details you provide to our payment processor.
• Order information — the resources you buy, order totals, order status, and download activity tied to your account.
• Usage information — page and listing views, searches, and similar activity we use to run marketplace analytics.

Payments and creator payouts are handled by Stripe. Card numbers and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep only the order records we need to give you access to your files and to calculate creator earnings.

We use your information to create and secure your account, deliver purchased files, send order receipts and account notifications, calculate and pay creator earnings, detect abuse or fraud, respond to support requests, and improve the marketplace.

To discourage unauthorized sharing, downloaded PDFs may include a watermark showing the purchasing account's name or email. Creators do not receive your email address from the watermark.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the marketplace — including our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, and our email provider — and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and save preferences such as your saved filter presets. Blocking these may break sign-in and checkout.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.

You can update your display name, email address, and password from your profile page. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us; note that we may need to retain order records tied to completed payments.

The Parent Exchange is intended for adults. Accounts are for parents, caregivers, and educators, not for children.
