Refund Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Resource purchases

Resources are digital downloads delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final once the file has been downloaded. We will review a refund request when:

  • the file is corrupted, empty, or will not open;
  • you were charged more than once for the same resource; or
  • the purchase was made without your authorization.

Submit requests within 14 days of purchase, with your order number from the order details in your library. We do not refund purchases simply because a resource was already owned, was not what you expected after previewing it, or does not print on a specific home printer.

2. Creator tier subscriptions

Basic and Pro creator tiers are billed yearly and renew automatically until canceled. You can request a full refund within 14 days of a new charge or a renewal charge, as long as you have not received creator payouts during that period. After 14 days, the current year is non-refundable.

Canceling stops the next renewal; your tier stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your published listings stay live until then.

3. Featured boosts

Featured boosts are non-refundable once the boost period has started, because placement is delivered immediately.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. When a resource is refunded, your access to that file is removed, and the creator's share of that sale is reversed from their earnings.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts with repeated chargebacks may be suspended.

6. How to request a refund

Open your library, find the order, and choose Request a refund. The form asks you to pick one of the three reasons above — corrupted file, duplicate charge, or unauthorized purchase — and to describe what happened.

You will get a reference number straight away, and an email each time the status changes: under review, approved, refunded, or denied. You can withdraw a request from your library while it is still open. Prefer email? Write to us with your order number. Also see our Terms of Service.
