Terms of Service

The Parent Exchange is a marketplace where parents and caregivers can buy and sell downloadable resources. Buyers get instant access to files. Creators set their own prices and receive payouts for each sale.

To publish listings on The Parent Exchange, you must hold an active creator tier: Basic ($29.99 billed yearly, renews automatically) or Pro ($49.99 billed yearly, renews automatically). Both grant unlimited published listings. If a tier is canceled, fails to renew, or lapses, your live listings are reverted to draft and hidden from the marketplace until billing is restored.

Fees depend on your creator tier. On Basic ($29.99 per year, renewing annually) you keep 60% of each sale, less a $0.25 fee per resource sold. On Pro ($49.99 per year) you keep 85% of each sale, and the $0.10 per-resource fee applies only to items priced under $3.00 — it is waived at $3.00 and above. The remaining share is the platform fee, which covers payment processing, file hosting, and marketplace operations. Fees are calculated using your tier at the time of each sale. Payouts are sent to the bank account or debit card you connect in your creator dashboard and are processed through Stripe.

Resources are digital downloads delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final. We do review refund requests for corrupted or unopenable files, files that materially differ from the listing, duplicate charges, and unauthorized purchases, and creator tier fees can be refunded within 14 days of a charge. Creators keep ownership of their original work. By uploading a resource, you grant The Parent Exchange the right to host, display, and sell it to buyers. You must only upload content you created or have the legal right to sell. Do not upload infringing, harmful, or age-inappropriate content.

You may not use the platform to sell harmful, illegal, spam, or misleading products. We may suspend accounts or remove listings that violate these rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
